🚚 Shipping Policy

At this time, we only ship within Malta and Gozo currently working with our courier partners at Courier Express Ltd. We’re working to expand our delivery options soon to serve more regions.

📦 Delivery Time

All orders are processed and delivered within 24-48 hours (Monday to Friday), and orders for Gozo are delivered on Tuesdays & Fridays. Orders placed after 10 AM or on weekends will be processed the next working day.

Occasional delays may prompt late deliveries however these are minor and quite rare and usually due to stock availability and minor issues in processing. If your order is not delivered within 10 business days please reach out to us.

💶  Delivery Fees

Delivery is free on orders over €25. For smaller orders, a standard delivery fee may apply and will be shown at checkout.

🏡 Delivery Method

Orders are delivered directly to your door by our local courier partners. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package during the delivery timeframe.

💰 Cash on Delivery (COD)

We accept Cash on Delivery for all orders. Please note that the courier may not provide change, so kindly prepare the exact amount.

📞 Missed Deliveries

If the courier cannot reach you, they will attempt to contact you via phone. Orders not delivered after repeated attempts may be returned to us, and delivery fees may be charged for redelivery if not picked up from our couriers.

❌ Shipping Limitations

Currently, we do not offer international shipping outside Malta & Gozo.
